Q: What is “Sabai Jai”?

A: It’s the name of our brand! Sabai Jai (สบายใจ) is a Thai expression used when you are feeling comfortable, relaxed, and happy in your heart. (sa-by-jy)

Q: Where are the bags made?

A: All Sabai Jai bags are handcrafted in Northern Thailand by hill tribe artisans.

Q: What are the bags made of?

A: We love utilizing the resources available to us. These include local organic cotton grown in the mountains of Thailand and natural plant dyes for our bags. No toxic or irritating chemicals.

Q: How do I care for my handmade bag?

A: Because of it’s natural materials & handmade quality, we insist that you do NOT machine wash. You can handwash gently with a warm cloth.

Also, we suggest you do not leave your bag laying in direct sunlight for long periods of time. The natural dyes may eventually begin to slightly fade.

Q: Where do the bags ship from?

A: We are located in Northern Thailand so this is where we ship from.

Some of our bags are available on our Amazon store and ship from inside the US for fast 2-day shipping!

Q: How long does shipping from Thailand take?

A: Shipping times vary depending on the shipping destination and by your choice of shipping method.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We have a few international shipping options and ship based on weight.

- Economy shipping starting at $3.95 (2 weeks)

- Air shipping starting at $21.95 (6-10 days)

- EMS shipping starting at $35.95 (3-5 days)

For orders of 10+ bags, we offer FREE Economy shipping.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: We provide a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Simply check your email inbox (check spam folder if you don’t see it) or contact us if you can not find it.

Q: How can I get faster, cheaper shipping?

A: If you are located in USA, we have some bags available on Amazon.com that are available for Prime Shipping (2-day shipping).

ORDERING

Q: How can I see prices in my currency?

A: In the top right corner of the page, there is a little flag icon. Click there and select your country’s currency. (At end of checkout, it may switch back to displaying USD, sorry!)

Q: How long does my order take to process?

A: Please allow us 24h to process your order and we will get it right out to you!

Q: How can I send a Sabai Jai bag as a gift?

A: At checkout, please write us a note in the “Special instructions for seller” and we will do our best!

Q: How can I order over 20 bags?

A: For larger orders, please contact us. There is a good chance we can even provide a discount.

Q: How do I order wholesale for my own shop?

A: Please contact us and we can provide you with additional information on placing wholesale orders.

Q: The bag I want is out of stock! How and when can I get it?

A: If the bag you want is out of stock, please contact us and we can directly work on creating the bag for you as fast as possible.

ISSUES

Q: There is a problem with my bag. What can I do?

A: Because each of our bags are handmade, we ask that you understand that there may be subtle imperfections and sometimes colors may vary slightly. If you are still unhappy, please feel free to contact us and we’ll help make it right for you.

If there is an actual malfunction with your bag, please contact us and we will be happy to refund or replace the bag for you.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A: If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible (before shipping process starts). We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Refunds & Returns

In case you are not satisfied with your bag(s), you can return it within 30 days (starting from the day it was delivered). Please contact us and we can help you in this process.
